What we collect

If you call, we log the calling number and time and keep any voicemail and its transcript. If you use the form, we keep your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job.

Where it goes

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent hydrovac operator that covers Waterloo through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Cookies

No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies of our own. The web host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page, browser) for security.

Keeping and deleting

As long as it takes to handle the request, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and our records. Voicemail recordings are purged on a rolling schedule.
